This book is outstanding!!! When our health becomes challenged and we have tried so many different ways to regain it and find that all the different things (such as allopathic or alternative medicine) we have tried are just not working, it can become very discouraging. The answers to understanding and achieving good health while working with natures laws are all in this book. Personally speaking, I have tried so many different modalities and some have worked for short periods of time, then the symptoms would return again, and yet again. Only to prove that many of these modalties that I was trying, no matter how good they were for the body, were just a band-aid and the disease was still there, and many times the symptoms worsened, with little or no results. I found that thru the information in this book, that I could work with nature, not supress it. Learning that once the conflict stored in my psyche (not the mind) from early trauma was released, my body started to heal deeply and completely. thank you for this life saving information, it truly has saved mine. I will be sharing this book with everyone I know. I really feel that this book is life changing and will inspire a whole new way to look at illness and not to fear it, and thru this book, we will be able to truly activate our brains to heal our bodies. Awesome book. This is a must read to improve your health and well being.
I tried to read this book, but got lost in the medical terms. It didn't help me at all, but it may help you.
Easy to read, but definitely leaves you wanting to learn more. Chapters go by quickly and the information is explained clearly.
I loved the examples! They easily explained a subject I have been trying to better understand. Excellent!! Quick read too.
I've read nearly every book on German New Medicine that I could get my hands on. Doug's approach is so unique in that he actually has the foundation to apply The New Medicine and so he provides case studies to the same. It's one thing to speak of the biological laws, it's another to see it in application so that it all ties together. As a German New Medicine practitioner, I've met Doug in person and his love of and passion for GNM is there. It's wonderful to witness.
This book is a must read if you care enough for your health and the health of your family and friends. This book will introduce you to the basic but very significant principles of German New Medicine discovered by Dr Hamer. If you have heard of German New Medicine but are unsure what exactly it is all about, this small book will give you a very clear and simple summary of its fundamentals without the need to have any knowledge of or be familiar with medical terminology. The main point for the reader of this book is to realize that if you understand Mother Nature and its laws you will have a much calmer and insightful outlook on disease, the latter of which is not meant to destroy you for the sake of it but it is a meaningful biological process that actually helps you overcome problems and even enhances your life.
I met Dr Price, the author of the book, as a keynote speaker at a health expo a few years ago and I truly enjoyed his seminar. He has an outstanding and diverse knowledge, highly professional skills and what is perhaps most important - exceptional personal and interpersonal skills that one can envy.
I have full faith in Dr Price's treatment which no doubt is based on his deeply genuine desire to help people and his passion to make people feel better - something I have witnessed myself. I hope the increasing number of readers of his book inspires him and encourages him to write more books in the future. But for now, you must read this one first.

I was in pretty bad shape when i first met "Dr. Doug".A burnt out musician and writer deeply addicted to alcohol.
I started taking therapy for back pains utilizing GNM techniques and found more than I bargained for in regards to relief from UTE's (Unexpected Traumatic Events) that inhibited my over all well being. After a few treatments I felt I was strong enough to "Get back on track" and move forward with my life. I have since been alcohol independent for many, many years now and I am happy to report that I will be celebrating my 10th Anniversary this June. I do in large part attribute my well being to Dr. Price for prying open the door of my psyche and re-instating control of my life.
